Another old favourite album of mine is Pat Travers 1977 album “Makin’ Magic”. I played that vinyl to bits and I couldn’t for the life of me understand why it would take 700 years to finally get it out on CD! When playing around with “Makin’ Magic” I suddenly went into “Makes No Difference” from Travers’ debut album, and it worked! Mikael Nord Andersson provided the vocals for this one and Jay Jesse “Play That Damn Guitar” Johnson ripped out a killer end solo! I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Pat Travers live several times, and the guy always delivers! As a matter of face he released some cover albums, much in the same manner as this one, under the name P.T Power Trio. Check ‘em out, too!
